About the Role

We are seeking experienced Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined by the company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • 6 months of sales experience
  • Superior negotiating skills and ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening skills and ability to work in a constantly changing environment

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
