Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. With most of our paid focus group studies, you will have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. This is a great way to earn extra income, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss before the meeting date
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Demonstrate a willingness to provide honest feedback and participate fully in discussions
Qualifications
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No previous customer service representative agent experience is necessary
