Key Responsibilities

As a Basic Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately and efficiently entering data into our system using a computer or laptop
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy while working from home
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email as needed
  • Meeting deadlines and working independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • Be proficient with basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted
  • Be a resident of the US
  • Have basic English written and spoken language skills
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, call center, part-time, retail fields, or similar roles
  • Proficiency in data entry software and systems
  • Experience working from home or remotely
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
