As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to individuals inquiring about automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.

Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
  • Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service
  • Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
  • Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that we can follow up with customers and provide them with the best possible service
  • Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our team
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, providing exceptional customer service at all times

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry, although not necessary, is preferred
  • The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
  • Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
  • Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
  • Have gaming experience, although not necessary, is preferred
