Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Work from Home Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting additional products or services. Key Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability
  • Upselling products or services to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Resolving customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Maintaining customer records and updating account information as needed
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities
  • Sales experience preferred for upselling opportunities (not required)
  • Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
