Job Overview:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, dedicated to delivering top-tier service to meet and exceed customer expectations. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding swiftly to customer inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Assisting passengers with booking flights, altering reservations, and managing their travel itineraries
  • Providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures
  • Handling customer complaints with care, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of blithequark's products, services, and loyalty programs
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve performance goals

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy

Experience:
