The Role

As a Remote Disney Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of Disney, interacting with our fans and customers across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, resolve inquiries, and ensure a magical experience for all Disney fans worldwide. You will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with Disney fans and customers on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback, questions, and concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while representing the Disney brand.
  • Keeping up-to-date with Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participating in training and development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
