What You'll Do

As a part-time Remote Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will challenge your skills and keep you engaged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining utility accounts with precision and accuracy
• Verifying account eligibility and accessibility to ensure seamless operations
• Preparing, distributing, and completing work orders with attention to detail
• Preparing files for mass customer communications to ensure timely and effective delivery
• Assisting with mailing billing statements and other notices to keep our customers informed
• Scanning or retaining documents to maintain a paperless and efficient workflow
• Performing monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests to identify areas for improvement
• Entering data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databases to inform business decisions
• Other related duties as assigned by your supervisor

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Here are some of the key qualifications we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2+ years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency
• Must pass computer skills, typing, accuracy, and 10-key skills testing to ensure you meet our technical requirements
• Associate's degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields is a bonus, but not required
