Job Summary

As an Experienced Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers via phone. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information to customers, all while working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide product information and answer questions about our clients' services and products
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Quiet home office environment or somewhere quiet to work
  • Computer with high-speed internet, Windows 7 or better
  • Working headset with microphone that can be used with your computer

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience with Google Chrome browser and other customer service software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
