Job Summary

The primary function of a Customer Service Representative I at blithequark is to interact with customers, provide information, and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Utilize computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software, to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required.
  • Call Center experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
