Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with our members to understand their needs and provide solutions to their questions and concerns related to their pharmacy benefit plans. This is a part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members regarding their plan benefits, coverage, and eligibility
  • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to members
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Required Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and conflict resolution
