Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely after completing the initial 3 weeks of training, which will be held on-site in Woodland Park, Colorado, with hotel accommodations provided. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our services and providing comprehensive support during the initial stages
  • Address account questions, billing inquiries, and other customer-related issues, resolving them efficiently and effectively
  • Work through a ticketing system to manage and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication, collaborating with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
  • Demonstrate a high level of care and urgency in all customer interactions, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the broadband or telecommunications industry
  • Prior experience supporting Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Providers
  • Experience working through a ticketing system, with the ability to manage and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
  • High Diploma or GED, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual - Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
