Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding live chat support to our customers during the overnight hours. Your tasks will include:

  • Logging into the company's chat application and responding to frequently asked questions from customers
  • Addressing customer inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and providing discount codes
  • Providing timely and efficient resolutions to customer issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
