Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, including phone, email, and text. Your primary duties will include:

  • Managing a large volume of customer calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Providing friendly, helpful, and patient support to customers, remaining positive and cheerful even in challenging situations
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Identifying opportunities for new sales and upselling/cross-selling products to established customers
  • Resolving all inbound and outbound support requests in accordance with established guidelines

  • Maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude, even in high-pressure situations

Customer Service Representative Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Result-driven and focused on quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of tasks and projects
