The Role

As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service while selling our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call. You'll engage with customers to understand their technology needs, identify opportunities to upsell new products and solutions, and troubleshoot problems to find resolutions. Your passion for selling services and solving problems will shine through in every interaction, making you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service while resolving customer inquiries about lost or damaged devices

• Sell our Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
• Engage with customers to understand their technology needs and identify opportunities to upsell new products and solutions
• Troubleshoot problems and find resolutions to customer issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives

* Competitive compensation: $20 per hour, with top 10% making $28.50 per hour

• Opportunity to earn up to 15% more than hourly pay peers through our Pay Per Experience compensation model

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED

• 6 months of previous customer service experience (call center preferred)
• 6 months to 1 year of sales experience
• Technical aptitude to pass our readiness assessment
• Willingness to submit and pass a pre-employment background investigation and drug screen
• Work from Home specific requirements:

+ A distraction-free workplace that meets our ergonomic standards + A hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi or hotspots are not allowed) + Minimum internet speed requirements: 10 Mbps download speed / 5 Mbps upload speed
