Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator with broad experience in maintaining, configuring, and supporting a company's Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing the value of Salesforce by tailoring it to meet our clients' specific business (both corporate and customer) needs, ensuring data integrity, and supporting a wide variety of user personas. Responsbilites

  • Adapt Salesforce to the business's requirements by managing custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation tools like Flow. Identify opportunities to leverage advanced features in order to drive continuous system improvement.
  • Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and ensuring security and compliance across internal departments with varying needs and levels of access.
  • Ensure data quality by implementing data validation and deduplication strategies. Always keep data hygiene best practices in mind when working with stakeholders on system changes and improvements.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards to track key business metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Provide troubleshooting and technical support for users with varying degrees of Salesforce knowledge. Deliver training sessions, workshops, or user guides to empower non-technical users. Lead efforts to drive user adoption and raise any risks to continued platform usage.
  • Monitor platform performance and resolve technical issues, bugs, or outages in coordination with Salesforce support or third-party partners.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to capture requirements as well as Salesforce developers and other teams (both internal and external) to deliver enhancements and optimize workflows.
  • Maintain system documentation and manage change control processes to support audit readiness and release quality.
  • Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to ensure the system is optimized and innovative. Always strive to drive improvements in user adoption, data quality, and business process efficiency through system optimization.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager and willingness to support other areas of the business as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration with configuration, customization and reporting experience.
  • Specialized knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing changes and customizations from sandbox environments to production in order to safely test and promote change sets. Experience with DevOps tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado) is desirable.
  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce integrations via APIs or middleware (e.g. MuleSoft, Zapier, Workato).
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills in customization, data management, and reporting.
  • Understanding of data migration, Salesforce architecture, security management, and data governance best practices.
  • A proactive attitude toward platform enhancements and continuous learning.
  • Analytical and innovative thinking to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to distill complex business processes and requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to creatively brainstorm, challenging the status quo as needed in order to problem solve.
  • Capable of adapting ways of working to better align with different business areas.
  • Must be positive and outgoing, able to work across a complex organization and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bring a proactive self-motivated and self-sufficient attitude to the workplace.
  • High attention to detail and always strives to deliver at an elevated standard.
