Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, engage with clients, and understand their requirements to provide personalized solutions

  • Provide elevated levels of product and service information to clearly communicate the benefits and features of blithequark's offerings
  • Develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing sales
  • Provide exceptional customer care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized customer service environment
  • Archive essential record data according to established procedures and protocols
  • Maintain the highest levels of integrity and adhere to all administrative and compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and driving business growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with the capability to perform multiple tasks and navigate an online environment
