As a CSAM, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive quality solution delivery and success using blithequark's innovative technologies.

Job Summary

As a CSAM, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and expanding strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to drive quality solution delivery and success using blithequark's innovative technologies. You will work closely with the Record Group to develop a client achievement plan and contribute to the joint client account plan aligned with client goals for business transformation projects and typical to their industry. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Influence understanding of the client's technology landscape and blithequark's technology roadmap to enable client digital transformation
  • Participate in discussions with clients and showcase alignment between client goals and the current blithequark solution of work in the client account
  • Lead the execution of program planning and client-facing program reviews, prioritization of commitment, and management of key partner and executive expectations to address agreed-upon client results and record needs
  • Collaborate with clients to proactively identify opportunities for growth, streamline usage, and drive adoption

Key Responsibilities

* Client Relationship Management + Develop client, partner, and internal partner engagement models + Oversee and support strategic relationships with key client partners and technical experts to enable quality solution delivery and well-being using organizations with other record group leaders in conjunction with additional experienced partners + Create client connections beyond the current Unified Support contract customers with a focus on understanding business needs and how they adapt and understand the business as value for clients and blithequark + Recognize, explore, convey, and influence key client technical and business partners at various levels + Guide and lead discussions to work with the achievement of client business goals by utilizing their interest in blithequark + Map internal jobs to client needs to action the requirements of clients + Hold, maintain, and support internal partner connections + Determine how to establish chief internal connections + Create communication procedures for holding business value discussions at client executive levels + Gather data on the business and Data Innovation goals for client associations to recognize client needs and guide them to suitable solutions + Contribute to the development of a joint client account intended to help client targets using organizations with other record group leaders

  • Technical Relevance

+ Grasp recognizes and adjusts blithequark solutions, and technical skills (e.g., Azure, Current Work, Elements) to client requirements and needs + Use technical inclination and industry attention to interpret client associations into client business effects and value + Recognize client situations and aligns with technical experts to identify important cross-cloud innovation solutions + Foster a familiarity with the cloud innovation commercial center, including blithequark competitors

Requirements

* Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field AND 2+ years of client success, solution delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience

  • Or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with cloud services, especially in Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • 2+ years of experience working together with Record and Delivery groups to create and execute client success plans that align with the client's specific business transformation drives and industry requirements
