Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Scientist in the Customer Testing Analytics team, you will be responsible for designing and executing large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests to determine the business impact of our key initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute large-scale customer-level experiments and in-market tests to determine the business impact of our key initiatives
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify causal drivers of business impact
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data science and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong programming skills in R or Python
- Experience with data visualization tools such as ggplot2, seaborn, or matplotlib
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and inferential statistics
- Experience with data management and analysis tools such as SQL, PySpark, or SparkR
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with data mining and predictive modeling
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence tools
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Strong knowledge of industry-standard A/B testing tools and technologies
