Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with our customers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide 90% customer and expert exchange organizations (master) client service through inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems

  • Report customer communications using online software tools and ensure start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers
  • Perform other duties as allocated by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product knowledge to provide expert support and guidance

Direct Administrator/Direct Reports

* This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care

  • This position has no direct reports

Travel Requirements

* Regularly requires travel under 10% of the time

Physical Requirements

* Mostly spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is continuous opportunity to move about

  • Occasionally may need to move or lift light articles

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area

  • Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not surprising

Minimum Qualifications

* Should be eighteen years old or older

  • Should be lawfully allowed to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

* THD experience

  • Retail insight to include selling abilities
  • Exchange/Home Improvement experience
  • Capability in online frameworks to assemble and refresh data
  • Strong data capturing, including discernible to message documentation as well as different types of complete communication capturing

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in online software tools and systems
  • Strong data capturing and documentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external partners
