About the Role:
As a Business Analysis Manager in our Global Reporting team, you'll be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional finance groups to drive monthly and quarterly reporting packages for our senior stakeholders, including the board and executive leadership team. You'll also be tasked with leading and enhancing our consolidated operating margin analyses. Our Global Reporting team is seeking a partner who can drive change and efficiencies while delivering impactful reporting. To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess exceptional analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence colleagues and leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and situations
- Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and utilize statistical tools and situation analysis to inform sound financial business decisions
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results
- Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes
- Present data and recommendations to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and development
We're Looking for Someone with:
* Moderate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development
- Industry experience in a related field
- Proven ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams
- Experience in presenting proposals and influencing decision-makers
- Project management experience
