Job Summary

As a Data Entry Payroll Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining payroll information, entering data into our payroll system, and performing various clerical duties as assigned. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in ensuring the success of our payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll information, including employee data, hours worked, and pay rates

  • Enter payroll data into our payroll system, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Assist with payroll processing, including calculating pay, deductions, and benefits
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Ability to follow specific directions and work within established standards of accuracy
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and productivity skills
