Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
