Responsibilities and Duties As a Chat Brand Representative, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service to online customers on taylormadegolf.com * Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand with customers * Using primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and recommendations * Communicating with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing * Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches * Ability to compare and analyze competitor products * Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: * 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances * 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on TaylorMade products * In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, including their features and benefits * Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses * Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level * Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely What We Offer As a Chat Brand Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy: * A 1099 Independent Contractor position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere you can connect to the internet * Performance-based rewards redeemable for product and/or gift cards * Chat interactions paid out weekly on an hourly basis of $15 * The opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team of golf enthusiasts * A dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for growth and development Technology Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: * A desktop or laptop with a Chrome browser (tablet/mobile devices not compatible) * A stable internet connection * Reliable sound output Why Join blithequark? Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years golf experience
• 2+ years club fitting experience
