About the Role: Customer Care Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a remote work opportunity, and you must reside in the state of Rhode Island to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize computer systems and software to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To reside in the state of Rhode Island
  • At least 1 year of call center experience
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing and computer skills with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access with a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace within your home to take incoming calls

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
