- Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
- Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures
- Document professional communications/interactions appropriately
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
- Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
- Participate in quality assurance activities
- Provide clinical guidance/support
- Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff

- Each Full-Time L4 Staff Pharmacist is offered a standard, competitive Compensation & Benefits package: o Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually o Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable) o Wide-ranging Benefits that sets industry standards BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
- Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Physical Requirements:
- May require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs (role-dependent)
- May require extended periods of standing or sitting PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of retail or mail-order pharmacy experience
- Experience in customer service or clinical consultation

The base pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
