What to Expect Location: Must reside in or near El Paso, TX Hire Date: December 15, 2025 Schedule: Tues -Sat 10:30 AM-7:00 PM
- -8% shift diff per hour for Saturday (ARIZONA TIME) Sun-Thur-10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- -8% shift diff per hour for Sun (ARIZONA TIME)
- Training: Paid 4 weeks Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Arizona Time (Microsoft Teams).

As a Donor Outreach Coordinator, you’ll get to:
- Enhance the donor experience by providing quality customer service while inspiring donors to realize their life-transforming potential.
- Collaborate within a supportive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive work environment and goals.
- Retain donors by scheduling donation appointments, resolving customer service concerns, and consistently providing excellent customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Call center experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable with high volume outbound calls.
- Must be comfortable with achieving and maintaining required contact center metrics.
