As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, or paid surveys, providing valuable insights to our clients. You will have the flexibility to work from home, choosing to participate in discussions online or in-person. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, or paid surveys, providing honest feedback on products and services
- Engage in customer service discussions and provide feedback during each panel
- Use products and/or services, if provided, and be prepared to discuss your experience prior to the meeting date
- Complete written and/or oral instructions as required
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services
Essential Qualifications

- Must have access to high-speed internet
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the given topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
