Job Summary

As a Data Entry Claims Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting the claims process by accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. You will work closely with our claims team to ensure that all data is up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data into our systems with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the claims team to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims data
  • Perform routine and non-routine tasks as assigned by management
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve data-related issues
  • Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* High School or GED (Minimum Required)

  • No prior experience required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work, accuracy, and attention to detail without loss to productivity
  • Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical, or hazardous situations
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment
