Job Summary
As a Live Chat Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient customer service through online chat on our Amazon Store website and social media channels. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries, offering promotional discounts, and providing helpful resources and information. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our Amazon Store website and social media channels
- Answer customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers
- Work closely with our team to resolve customer issues and drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer service

Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- Hourly rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 5+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
