Job Summary

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will work closely with your colleagues to achieve daily goals, provide suggestions for improving store operations, and contribute to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers, run the register, and provide excellent customer service

  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals and objectives
  • Provide suggestions for improving store operations and contribute to the overall success of our store
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
  • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interact with customers daily, working with a fun and energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store

Great If You Have

* Retail and customer service experience

  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in your career
  • Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours

  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands. This handwork requires eye-hand coordination, and may require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs
