Key Responsibilities

As a customer service representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers across a variety of industries
• Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
• Providing a high level of customer service, with a focus on empathy, patience, and understanding
• Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions in a clear and concise manner
• Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously to ensure seamless customer support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems with ease
• Basic typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on inbound and outbound calls

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. Please note that client call availability will vary and is subject to change, with most calls available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule, with the ability to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks. The more you service, the higher your earning potential!

Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll need to complete the following steps:

• Complete an application to join blithequark Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required for the background/credit check)
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
• Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
