About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for driving the successful launch and deployment of our AI products, including ChatGPT. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and GTM, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are delivered on time and on budget. Your expertise in Product Operations will be instrumental in helping us scale our business and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Program manage key betas, launches, launch events, and other strategic cross-functional initiatives

• Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to monitor product metrics, understand customer feedback trends, and support product optimization
• Establish and lead ongoing programs and systems that provide leverage for all of Applied and sub-groups of Applied (examples: Feedback loop programs to synthesize the top needs of customers from a range of input channels, running ongoing execution sync meetings)
• Partner with product leaders to manage org cadence programs like planning, goal setting, and mid-cycle check-in processes
• Foster strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Support to align goals, streamline communication, and support business priorities
• Assist in building the Product Operations function at blithequark

• Are able to understand our products and models to determine appropriate solutions to user problems

Specific Technologies / Skills That Will Help You in This Role

* Programming Languages: Python, SQL, JavaScript (for automation scripts)

• No-Code/Low-Code Platforms: e.g. Airtable, Zapier, Retool
• Data Analysis & Visualization Tools: Experience with data languages/tools like SQL, Google Sheets automations, Databricks
