The Role

As a Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through inbound and outbound support. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
• Booking appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent basis
• Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as needed
• Adapting to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs
• Informing clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
• Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school graduate or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in speaking on the phone, using the computer, and keyboard simultaneously
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (preferred)
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements
• Ability to pass a background check
