Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to current and prospective customers
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge on new and evolving equipment
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be 18 or older
  • Have a minimum of a high school degree or GED
  • Be able to interview in person
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be willing to work full-time
