Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
