Key Responsibilities

  • Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter purchase orders (POs) with high accuracy, including Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms, and push back on incorrect or subpar data
  • Check and validate the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases to ensure compliance and quality
  • Develop creative solutions to customer issues and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, and research responses with sales teams
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Support Sales Representatives in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as an account representative, data entry, or order management
  • Familiarity with Oracle or other similar software systems
