Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Operating our cash registers, processing transactions, and handling customer payments
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is well-merchandised
  • Assisting customers with product information, recommendations, and sales
  • Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
  • Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and super structures
  • Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
  • Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prior work experience with blithequark
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Salary Range

The salary range for this role is $15.5 - $17.5 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
