Job Summary

As our Vice President of Processing Optimization and Customer Success, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and customer engagement across our organization. You will be responsible for optimizing sterile processing, contributing to strategic decision-making, and managing multi-resource engagements. Key Responsibilities

* Optimize sterile processing to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to strategic decision-making to drive business growth and innovation
  • Manage multi-resource engagements to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across different blithequark business units to drive operational excellence and customer engagement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business results
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biology, or related field

  • 20+ years of demonstrated success in healthcare or consulting
  • 10+ years of management experience (marketing, corporate accounts, system project management)
  • Strong expertise in optimizing operations performance
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and innovation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel nationwide (up to 50% of the time)
