Job Summary

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support experiences to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in building trust, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the technology industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer support or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with customer support software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Strong knowledge of customer support best practices and industry trends
