The Role

As a Customer Support Consultant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, and maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services. You will also communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies, applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails

• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
• Securely work with customers' sensitive information
• Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
• Maintain working knowledge of our clients' products and services
• Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies

Requirements:

* Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level is a must

• Basic technical understanding
• Analytical and research skills
• Self-management skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
