Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Translating promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
  • Managing customer accounts efficiently
  • Adhering to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

Your skills:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Background in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
