Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting both Spanish and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone
- Collaborating with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and meet other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Translating promotional texts and customer surveys into your local language
- Managing customer accounts efficiently
- Adhering to company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming

Your skills:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Background in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
- Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities
