Job Overview

Main Responsibilities

• Implement VBA and PBI to develop and maintain process automation, data visualization, and reporting tools
• Design and create interactive and informative dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics and insights to stakeholders
• Integrate new customers and channels into existing processes in close alignment with CD
• Evaluate cost-to-serve efficiency and identify areas of improvement
• Use customer insights and data analytics to propose and drive improvements
• Develop and maintain VBA scripts and macros to automate routine tasks within Customer Operation, cost simulation, and performance reporting

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications and experiences are essential:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in go-to-market supply chain functions as a data analyst or IT professional
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and MS Office (including VBA, PBI, PPT)
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Knowledge of Python and API is an advantage
