Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative on our Healthcare Member and Provider Support team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers. You'll utilize your exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support that meets the unique needs of each customer. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume inbound calls from Healthcare Members and Providers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Utilize exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide personalized support
  • Navigate multiple computer screens to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
  • Type information into the computer system simultaneously while answering customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Call Center experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Health insurance experience preferred, but not required
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously
  • Ability to answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a call center environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and type information into the computer system simultaneously
  • Ability to answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

* Health insurance experience

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
