Your Role

As a Customer Service Adviser, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to resolve their queries and concerns. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers feel confident and empowered to manage their finances effectively. You'll be working with a wide range of customers, from those who need help with everyday banking tasks to those who require more complex support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and social media, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their interactions with blithequark.

  • Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner, often requiring a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customers receive seamless support and resolution to their issues.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

* You must be a UK resident over the age of 18, currently living in the UK with the right to work in the UK.

  • You'll need to be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:30 for your first 8 weeks.
  • You'll require a safe, private, and distraction-free environment with no dependent or caregiver responsibilities during working hours.
  • You'll need a solid internet connection (download speed of 10mbps minimum, upload speed of 3 mbps minimum, latency speed of 80ms or less).

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in financial services or a related industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Resilience and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements and industry developments.
  • Experience with context switching, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
