Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support through various communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to identify and address customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience and exceeding customer expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, account changes, and resolutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong active listening skills, with the ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service)

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
