Responsibilities
As a Remote Live Chat & Tele Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through live chat and telephone interactions. Your primary objectives will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely, accurate support through live chat and telephone
- Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional responses that meet their needs
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes
- Resolution Rate: Resolve 80% of customer issues on the first contact
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Maintain an AHT of 5 minutes or less
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Multitasking & Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using live chat and telephone support software, as well as CRM systems
