Position Overview

We're seeking a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Professional to join our team, responsible for supporting data entry and customer service tasks for Facebook-related services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry & Customer Service Professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing data entry tasks, including updating and managing customer data, spreadsheets, and other documents
• Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner
• Resolving customer issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing accurate information
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data entries
• Assisting in general administrative duties as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
