Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Claims Intake Processor at blithequark, your primary focus will be on accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Entering data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times
  • Navigating efficiently and effectively through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry
  • Differentiating between different claim types and following the appropriate data entry guidelines
  • Accurately identifying specific document types that require special handling
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times
  • Supporting additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Perform quality reviews of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Strong data entry/typing skills, with the ability to achieve 8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate
    • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results
