Job Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
- Coordinating and managing a portfolio of creation strategies, including clearance (cut permitting, material transport, etc.) for all programming content
- Ensuring that all creation strategies falling under your purview are compliant with legal, financial, risk-management, and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with opportunity managers and creation of legal advisors to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external partners
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in data entry, clearance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of copyright law and clearance procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data management software and systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the entertainment industry, particularly in TV or film production
- Knowledge of industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Avid Media Composer
- Certification in data management or a related field
- Experience with project management software and tools, such as Asana and Trello
